Jean-François Millat

Adviser in leadership

Jean-François Millat is an engineer and graduate of the Higher School of Electricity. He led his career at France’s Electricity Company (EDF) and Gas Company (GDF) from 1968 to 2002.

After 10 years of work on the use of high tension electrical systems, he dedicated the rest of his career to human resource and social relations management. This involved expert missions and management missions both in the field and at the corporate level.

At present, Jean-François is an associate adviser in leadership at Praxis International. Since 1980, he has been a member of the International Forum for Social Innovation, over which he presided from 2002 to 2006.
