Raphaël Gutmann

Deputy CEO

Raphaël is an adviser in leadership. With a Master’s degree in international relations from Paris I University and Sciences Po Paris, he completed his university education with a certificate in Leading Consultation.

He worked in Brazil as an analyst at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), after which he returned to France and joined the French Institute for International Relations (IFRI) as a researcher on South Asia.

Expatriation and the analysis of foreign cultures have shaped his view and practice of supporting managers. This sensitivity encouraged him to develop intercultural management as an activity at Praxis International.

Apart from his role as secretary general of the International Forum for Social Innovation (IFSI), Raphaël is also a teacher. Of particular mention is a course he led on India for the Master’s programme on International Cooperation (CIAHPD) at Paris I University. He currently heads the international relations department at the Paris School of Business (PSB).

His vision of consultancy and conflict management is inspired in part by his passion for martial arts, which he practises regularly.
