Beyond consultancy... action!
The objective of our team building workshops is to strengthen a team by exploring its internal dynamics. It is about highlighting the transformation of each participant’s role to enable the transformation of the institution. For the manager who initiated the workshop, it is also an opportunity to get a precise and relevant vision of the team’s potential and the way in which it is perceived by colleagues.
In-depth interviews are carried out to discern among all these issues. At the end of this process, the consultant produces and submits a confidential synthesis report from which he defines the workshop’s organisation and content, in agreement with his client.
The team building workshops usually last one or two days.
We have the capacity and the experience to organise workshops ranging from a few participants to several hundred management and high-level participants.
