David Gutmann

Président-directeur général

David est le cofondateur de Praxis international. Il est le conseiller de synthèse de nombreux dirigeants en France et à l’étranger.

Sa vaste expérience s’est consolidée autour d’une formation conceptuelle solide. Ancien élève de Sciences Po Paris et de la faculté de droit de Paris I, il fut notamment l’élève de Maurice Duverger, et a été marqué par les travaux de Wilfred Bion.

Auteur de plusieurs livres et articles qui font autorité sur la transformation institutionnelle, il a enseigné à Sciences Po et à l’Ecole nationale d’administration (ENA). Vice-président exécutif du Forum international de l'innovation sociale (IFSI), il dirige le programme Leading Consultation, en partenariat avec la School of Management de l'Université de Bath (UK). Depuis près de vingt ans, Leading Consultation a formé plusieurs dizaines de dirigeants et de consultants.

Reconnu au niveau international, il a présidé l’International Association for Group Pyschotherapy and Group Process (IAGP). Il est régulièrement invité dans des universités étrangères, a inspiré et anime de très nombreux séminaires internationaux sur la transformation institutionnelle, aussi bien en Europe, au Moyen-Orient ou aux Amériques.

Homme d’action et de passions, David compte parmi ses activités le ski, dont il est instructeur fédéral, le tennis et le rugby. Ce dernier sport est pour lui une grande source d’inspiration pour le monde de l’entreprise.
